Manila, Philippines — The Higher Education Division of Chiang Kai Shek College successfully held the Business Expo 2026 on May 9–10, 2026 at SM City San Lazaro, showcasing the innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial talents of College and Senior High School students. Held under the theme, “Sustainable Enterprise: Innovating with Purpose, Leading with Integrity,” the event highlighted the students’ commitment to developing innovative and socially responsible business ideas.

The two day event provided students with hands on business experience through product selling, marketing, customer engagement, and booth operations. Various student groups presented innovative products and business concepts, while also showcasing their creativity through booth designs and promotional strategies.

To recognize the outstanding efforts of the participants, several awards were presented during the event. Doodle Doll received the Best Booth Award and Best in Marketing Strategy Award. The Outstanding Salesmanship Awards were given to Reid Jayden Pavon, Christine Xin Xin Lin, John Raven Juanillo, and Malaika Ivana Francine Ngo. Omnis received the AweSM Award, while the Best Product Awards were given to House Wipe (Top 3), Soya Glow (Top 2), and Altera (Top 1).

The winners were awarded by Dr. Judelio Yap, President of Chiang Kai Shek College; Dr. Rolance Chua, Vice President for Manila Campuses; Jessica Lhay Tan, Executive Dean; and Ms. Claire Rue, Mall Manager of SM City San Lazaro.

The event also featured special student performances from the Preschool and Montessori departments, as well as performances from CAMPA students, adding excitement and entertainment for visitors and supporters throughout the expo.

Business Expo 2026 was further supported by media partners Chinoy TV and Chinatown TV, helping promote the event and highlight the entrepreneurial spirit of the students.

The successful event reflects the commitment of Chiang Kai Shek College to provide experiential learning opportunities that prepare students to become future business leaders and innovators.

CKS College held its graduation rites for the Higher Education Class of 2026 on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at the Chiang Kai Shek Auditorium, unlocking a milestone to build, learn, and dream as they transition into the professional industry.

CKSC President Dr. Judelio Yap conferred the diplomas for the 132 graduates of the Higher Education Class of 2026, instilling the values of a CKS-ian. Vice President and Dean of Graduate Studies Dr. Rolance Chua warmly welcomed the guests in attendance.

CKS College Executive Dean Jessica Lhay Asaña introduced Jollibee Group founder and chairman and honorary chairman of the CKSC Board of Trustees Dr. Tony Tan Caktiong as the guest speaker. 

In his remarks, Caktiong urged the graduates to build their character, never stop learning, and always dream big. 

“We (in Jollibee Food Corporation) believe in ourselves. We believe in the talent and determination of the Filipino people. We believe in you. Today, I encourage you to pursue your dreams that build opportunities for others,” Caktiong said. “Success is measured by how many lives we improve along the way,” he added. The business mogul concluded his remarks by encouraging the graduates to strive to be a person of character, live with integrity, and serve with humility.

Senior Students’ Organization President Jake Carl Enderson Dy led the offering of the Class of 2026, while Jermaine Dwayne Go presided over the pledge of loyalty before the send-off of the 132 graduates. 

To conclude the graduation rites, the President of the CKS Alumni Association Alex Sy formally admitted the accomplished graduates to the CKSC Alumni Association, a kind gesture signifying the embodiment of excellence of a true CKS-ian’s identity.

CKS College held its solemn graduation rites for its Higher Education Class of 2025 on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. at the Chiang Kai Shek Auditorium with a benign atmosphere, gratifying the blessing of being a CKS-ian. 

To commence the ceremony, CKS College guidance counselor Rainier Uy graced the momentous occasion as the emcee. 

CKS Vice President Dr. Rolance Chua delivered his opening remarks to acknowledge and thank the guests in attendance. CKS President Dr. Judelio Yap lauded and conferred the diplomas for the 123 graduates of the Higher Education Class of 2025 as they embark on a new chapter in lives instilled by the competence and values of CKSC. 

Deans’ Council Chair of the CKS College Ankiat Byron Co introduced an accomplished alumnus of CKSC, Aurora Isabela Mayor Hon. Joseph Christian G. Uy, who praised his alma mater’s brand visibility under the leadership of Dr. Judelio Yap before inspiring the graduates with a wisdom they can proudly carry venturing on another chapter of their lives.

“Always show up no matter how tired or uncertain you feel, [...] the ones who fall and learn stand up stronger and are the ones who succeed, [...], guard your reputation with your life, [...], you must not stop learning and [...] the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today,” Mayor Uy gave five sound pieces of advice for the 123 graduates of the Higher Education Class of 2025 and added that they are well-prepared for the outside world because of the discipline instilled by CKS in them.
