Two four-storey and five five-storey reinforced concrete buildings with a total area of 25,000 square meters stand on an 8,000 square meter lot. These buildings house the administration offices, faculty rooms, regular class rooms and special classrooms for the Collegiate Department, High School Department, Elementary Department and Pre-School.

The following are the added features: a big multi-purpose auditorium, a conference room of the Alumni Association, a main library with audio-visual room, a reading room for college students, a small library for elementary students, a display room for cultural and historical arts, a little theater and audio-visual learning center, a school of music, a dancing room for Chinese and Filipino dances, a workshop for practical arts, a home economics room.

The college and graduate school are now located at the fully-equiipped 9-storey Narra Building.

Seng Memorial Pre-School is complete with facilities for music, arts, sciences, language, library activities as well as sand box, toy and baby's corners. Each classrooms has a piano, a cassette recorder, toy cabinets and other facilities. Video tape recorders, slide projectors, overhead projectors, different kinds of instrument and costumes are available for teaching and other special purposes.
