HIGHER EDUCATION ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
First Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026
Enrollment for the First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 shall be on Jul 16 - 19, 2025, 9:00AM - 3:30PM. The enrollment will follow two separate procedures depending on student classification: Regular or Irregular status.
REGULAR STATUS STUDENTS
Students under this category may proceed with ONLINE ENROLLMENT and are not required to undergo academic advising.
You are classified as a Regular Student if:
- You have no failing grades since the First Semester of your First Year at CKS College;
- You intend to enroll only in the published subjects identified for your year level and program;
- You have completed all subjects from the previous semester based on your flowchart and are not taking any subjects out of sequence.
IRREGULAR STATUS STUDENTS
Students with Irregular Status are required to undergo ONSITE academic advising with their respective Program Coordinators before enrollment.
You are classified as an Irregular Student if:
- You are a transferee, shiftee, or second-degree taker;

You have previously failed prerequisite subjects;

You intend to enroll in subjects other than those published for your year level and program;
- You are taking subjects out of sequence or need academic evaluation.
*Please read and understand the classification below carefully to ensure that you follow the correct enrollment process. Misclassification may delay your enrollment.
STEP-BY-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
FOR REGULAR STUDENTS (ONLINE ENROLLMENT)
First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
Students classified as REGULAR (please refer above for classification details) must follow the online enrollment procedure below:
STEP 1: Fill Out the Online Enrollment Form
- Access and complete the Google Form accurately and completely.
- Enrollment Google Form – Click Here
STEP 2: Wait for Your Enrollment Assessment
- An Enrollment Assessment will be sent to your official CKSC Gmail account.
- This document includes your subject load, tuition, and other fees for the semester.
- Make sure to check your inbox regularly and review the details carefully.
STEP 3: Pay the Tuition Fees
- Settle your tuition payment through any of the available payment channels.
- View Payment Instructions and Channels
STEP 4: Upload Proof of Payment
- Go to Student Portal
- Click Payment Confirmation
- Ensure to have your student number ready
STEP 5: Claim Your Registration Form
- Your official Registration Form will be released through the Registrar’s Office during the Student Orientation on July 22.
You are required to present your Official Registration Form on the first day of classes.
FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS (ONSITE ENROLLMENT)
First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
Students classified as IRREGULAR (please refer above for classification details) must follow the onsite enrollment procedure below:
STEP 1: Accomplish the Enrollment Advising Form
- Download and fill out the Enrollment Advising Form completely
- Check the Block Subject and Subjects Offered posted.
- Download your Flowchart and/or Curriculum from the website. (Log in required)
- Update your Flowchart/Curriculum by highlighting the subjects you have already taken and passed
STEP 2: Registration
- Submit your Enrollment Advising Form and Updated Flowchart/Curriculum at Window 6 for registration
STEP 3: Subject Advising and Encoding
- Proceed to your Program Coordinator for subject advising and encoding
STEP 4: Scholarship Encoding (if applicable)
- For students under scholarship, proceed to Window 11 for scholarship encoding
STEP 5: Assessment
- Proceed to Window 7 for assessment of tuition and fees
STEP 6: Payment of Tuition Fees
- Proceed to Window 5 for payment
- Online payment options are also available
STEP 7: Upload Proof of Payment (ONLY FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS)
- Go to Student Portal (https://my.cksc.edu.ph/)
- Click Payment Confirmation
- Ensure to have your student number ready
STEP 8: Claim Your Registration Form
- Your official Registration Form will be released through the Registrar’s Office during the Student Orientation on July 22.
You are required to present your Official Registration Form on the first day of classes.
Graduate Studies Enrollment Steps – First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
Step 1: Register Online

Step 2: Settle Your Outstanding Balance

If you have any existing balance, please settle it before registering.

A minimum down payment of PHP 4,000 is required upon registration
Step 3: Make Payment on or Before August 8, 2025

If no payment is made on or before this date, your registration will be automatically invalidated.
Step 4: Upload Proof of Payment (if paying online)

For payments made via bank transfer, GCash, or other online platforms:

Upload your proof of payment to the Student Portal.

Step 5: Wait for Your Assessment Slip

Do not make any payment until you receive your assessment slip.

Discount for Teachers
Eligibility: Public school teachers or teachers from other Chinese schools
Requirement: Submit an updated Certificate of Employment with your school's dry seal.

Deadline: August 9, 2025 (Saturday)
Late submissions will not be accepted. Discounts will not be applied after the deadline.
