On October 12, 2023, the Overseas Community Affairs Council of Taiwan orchestrated a captivating cooking demonstration under the title "2023 International Tour of Taiwan Gourmet Cuisines." Enthusiastic students and eager participants were afforded a rare opportunity to witness and directly learn from the skilled hands of Chef Zhang Yuling and Chef Peng Xuanqi. This event took place at the CKS College 7th flr. HRM Laboratory.

Among these culinary delights were the aromatic Salt Baked Chicken 盐焗鸡, the savory pleasure of Braised Pork with Pickled Vegetables 梅菜扣肉, the indulgent Eight Treasure Pork Belly Wrapped Chicken Soup 八宝猪肚鸡汤, the flavorful Braised Stuffed Tofu known as 东江酿豆腐, and the visually stunning 3D Jelly Cake 3D立体蔬果冻.
