NEEDED:         WAREHOUSE  SUPERVISOR

The Warehouse Supervisor/Manager manages, supervises, and coordinates the daily activities of warehouse and delivery personnel.  He oversees the safety and security of staff and stocks; establishes warehouse related policies and procedures to meet warehouse demands; recommends measures to improve quality of service and increase efficiency of workers;  ensures proper utilization and optimum performance of warehouse equipments; and oversees the proper maintenance of warehouse facilities;  The incumbent works closely with top level executives on effectiveness of warehouse activities as well as the problems encountered. 

 

COMPENSATION:       15-25k/month plus allowance

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

College graduate of any 4 year course or higher

Accomplishment focused; motivated; and reliable

Skilled in Word and Excel

ACCOUNTING OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Must be Finance, Accounting Graduate with Business Admin/Management related course.

·        Male/Female not more than 40 years old.

·        Knows well Microsoft Office (World,Excel,Powerpoints and others)

·        Must be very well Literature, Proficient with computer applications

·         Have strong Supervisory and Management Skills, Ability and Capability.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Prepare and do the report of monthly accumulated expenses including sales. REVOLVING FUNDS Do ACCURATE AND UPDATED Bookkeeping. Must coordinate with company accountant.

·        Check and monitor the Cash flow,Balance,Incoming Deposits and Withdraw

·        Replenish the petty cash and control the expenditure, liquidation, disbursement, reimbursement.

·        Prepare vouchers, pertinent documents that must attached on each voucher.

·        Do the sorting, scanning, filling in hard and soft copy of every documents that are in need of immediate attention and approval and signature of the heads. Maintain the hard copy of each document.

·        Do the reporting and updating to the superior for the progress of each task or assignment.

·        Do executive assistance and report to Top Management.

·        Do Administrative and clerical work.

·        Replenish the office supply and pantries; coordinate for the maintenance any things that are in need to attend to fix.

·        Monitor all payables, it must be paid duly in timely manner

·        See to it that the Guidelines and House rule is always followed.

·        Prepare the Sales Invoice, and coordinate with the accountant for BIR Concern (Taxes, payment, fillings, and return docs) renewal of Business Permit and any related concern about Government Permits, Payments and Documents.

     *Monitor the attendance of the Employee, Do the payroll

     *Do the reservation and booking of hotels and air tickets.

     *Canvass and haggle the price of each items and units that are need to purchase.

·         Any tasks assign progressively and willing  to work overtime if necessary

·         Must be Computer literate

·         Good in English communication, oral and written

·         CPA/Non-CPA are welcome to apply
