EXECUTiVE ASSISTANT

salary range 18K to 35k monthly, PASIG Office

The Executive Assistant works closely with top level executives with administrative and project related work.  Responsibilities include document management, preparing financial reports, supervision, and training of support staff; other responsibilities include liaison with internal and external customers, screening calls, making travel/meeting arrangements; this position requires strong computer and excellent interpersonal skill, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.  

WAREHOUSE  SUPERViSOR

salary range 18k to 35k monthly, PASIG AND MANILA Office

The Warehouse Supervisor/Manager supervises and coordinates the daily activities of warehouse and delivery personnel.  He oversees the safety and security of stocks; establishes warehouse related policies and procedures to meet warehouse demands; recommends measures to improve quality of service and increase efficiency of workers;  ensures proper utilization and optimum performance of warehouse equipments; and oversees the proper maintenance of warehouse facilities;  The incumbent works closely with top level executives on effectiveness of warehouse activities as well as the problems encountered.
