FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE / GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Knowledge in MS Office Applications OPTIMA System and POS; Can assist and translate Chinese market guests; Can speak basic Fukien, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a MUST or any basic foreign language; Fluent in English language; Customer-service oriented; Must be a team player and flexible; With positive attitude and outgoing personality
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
