Dr. Raymond Q. Datuon, CKS College Dean of School of Education successfully presented his paper entitled “The Competing Values Framework of Administrators Among Private Colleges in the National Capital Region” during the 2015 International Academy of Business and Economics Research Conference held last December 20-22, 2015 at the Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel in San Francisco, California, USA.

The said conference was attended by Economics, Business, and Management scholars from different parts of the world. His paper was also included in the Management theme and was selected as one of the researches published in the Journal of International Management Studies Volume 15, Number 3, 2015 (ISSN: 1930-6105).

His participation in the conference enabled him to interact, exchange ideas, and benchmark with great academicians from different universities. Truly, the conference was a great learning experience.
