Everything should have a good start, and what better way for a freshman to start the school year than to get to know his/her new school and its officials. The Office of Student Life, together with the Student Executive Council, prepared the annual orientation day for freshmen and transferees. The program was held last June 02, 2015 at the 7th floor of the CKS College Narra Campus. A total of 133 students composed the freshmen and transferees who attended the said orientation. The program started with the welcome remarks from the College president Dr. Dory Poa, followed by the Student Council representatives’ presentation of the brief history of the school in relation to the 50th founding anniversary celebration of the college department.
Different offices/ schools discussed their services and offerings. Among them were the following: the guidance counselor, Ms. Imee Mendoza represented the guidance and counseling office; the college orthodontist, Dr. Mary Ann Kua.
