The CKS College Junior Management Society (JMS) invited Ms. Jessica Rabosa, President of Rotary Uptown Manila, to give a seminar on human resource management last November 27, 2013. Ms. Rabosa started with an Ice breaker, getting students to share what they already know about and expect of the field.

The speaker emphasized that without human resource management, a company cannot function well. This is especially true of big companies. She shared her insights as well as experiences, allowing the students to further appreciate what they learn in class. They also came to understand in what ways human resource management serves as the heart of the firm.

This seminar is the last one organized by JMS for the year 2013. JMS looks forward to offering more enriching seminars such as this from experts in various fields of business.
