Held last 13^th of November 2013 at the 7^th floor of the CKS College Narra campus,  “Gear Up for the Future” is a seminar organized by the Junior Organization. The speaker, Myron Sta. Ana, is one of the Philippines’ top young corporate trainers-- the next big name in motivational/inspirational speaking, a specialist in call center and learning & development consultancy, the expert in leadership mentoring, the guru in communication coaching, and the authority in team-building activities facilitation.

Also, Sta. Ana is the Sole Proprietor of Myron Sta. Ana Training and Consultancy Services or MSTCS and the Founding Publisher & Executive Editor of Mandirigmang Pinoy Online, an online Philippine boxing magazine.

The speaker shared tips on how students can gear themselves up for the more challenging world of life after school. He made his talk interactive by engaging the students in some activities.

He said that before you choose the path that you will take after college, you should always consider the practicality of the course and your potentials. He also stressed that the students must join different school organizations-- as this will help them become well rounded individuals.

More than 100 students participated in the said event. Nhordia Perez and Nichole Co, BS Accounting Technology students, hosted the seminar. The opening prayer was lead by Jennifer Tandoc and Rachelle Tan delivered the closing remarks.
