The newly elected officers of the Student Executive Council (SEC) and the officers of all student organizations were officially inducted into office last July 1, 2013 in a program held at the 7th floor FBAS building.
Senior Vice President Mrs. Carmelita Espino delivered an inspirational message focused on the duties, responsibilities, and traits of being a leader. She reminded the officers that they should be good examples to their fellow CKSCians.

The program ended with an inaugural speech from the newly inducted Student Executive Council (SEC) president Michelle Lau. She promised to be the voice of the student body at FBAS and will uphold the vision mission of the school, which is “Education for Excellence”. She also reminded her fellow CKSCcians of the virtues they should uphold, and to strive to preserve Filipino-Chinese cultural values, as well as cement the position of CKS College as the Number 1 Filipino-Chinese school in the Philippines.
The Dean of Student Affairs in FBAS and SEC adviser Dr. Rolance Chua, together with Ms. Maribel Chan (Dean of the School of Business and Accountancy), Mr. Clyde Ben Tan (Dean of the School of Information Technology Education), Ms. Glenda Cura (Program Coordinator for BSHRM), and Ms. Connie Tan (Program Coordinator for BS Accountancy and BS Accounting Technology), organization advisers, other faculty members and staff, and CKS College students, witnessed the passing of the torch to the new set of officers.
