Enrollees whose names do not appear below are considered irregular students. Enrollment for irregular students is on May 29-30.

Irregular students and students with failing grades in pre-requisite subjects are required to download and fill up the Enrollment Advising Form.

For more efficient processing of your documents during enrollment, please bring the following:

• Enrollment Advising Form (For irregular students only)
• Classcards and Registration Form for 2nd Semester of SY 2013-2014
• Updated Flowchart (Please bring your own flowchart. Do not borrow from other students)
