Bridging Program (Batch 2) students need not enroll, as they were already enrolled for internship during the 2nd semester.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE :

1. Download and fill up the OJT Enrollment Assessment Form.

2. Present this form to the Dean for approval, along with the following documents :

- Enrollment Assessment Form

- Certificates of Attendance in Seminars (Inside and Outside CKSC-FBAS)

- Graded Classcards for Core Business/ Professional/ Elective Subjects Completed

3. Present the approved form at Window 2 for fees assessment.

4. Pay your tuition fee at the Cashier's Window.
