- Weight proportionate with height Female: 5"4, Male: 5"6
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to speak often foreign languages (Nihongo, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fukien, Thai, etc.)
- Exposure in customer service is an advantage
