POSITION: MANDARIN SPEAKING RESERVATION OFFICER

 Responsible in communicating with key accounts in China by:

        * Providing the accounts with quotations and all necessary information to their sales related requests

        * Representing the company at trade fairs and in the Philippines and abroad;

        * Negotiating best deals with suppliers 

        * Market research and pro-active sales 

Requirements:

-   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/ Business Administration, Math & Statistics, Languages.

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget of each business unit.   Reports to the supervisor daily but will have regular coordination with the Product Managers and Sales Heads on the revenue and cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate departmental budget, management reporting, P&L, Cashflow.
• Analyze the business performance, cost drivers and recommends pricing model to the product management
• Provide regular performance KPI  dashboard to the management.
• Serve as a conduit between sales, corporate treasury, accouting on the financial report required by the CFO and Regional Finance.
• Assist the Financial Planning Manager on the expense management, corporate finance requirements.
• Take part in the business case review of CAPEX, Marketing Program and Partnership
• Performs other related function/s that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Open to fresh graduates from any business course, preferably Finance, Accounting or Business or Legal Management.
