Chief Accountant

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepares Financial Reports includes Cost & Profitability Report and Analysis, Financial such as Cash Flows, Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheet for Monthly and Yearly.
• Performs day-to-day accounting operations.
• Does bank reconciliations, subsidiary ledger reconciliations and other balance sheet account analyses
• Develops and implements good internal control procedures to ensure that accounting practices and workflows.
• Adept with real estate developer related tax laws and all statutory and tax filing requirements.
• Prepares annual budget and quarterly forecasts, tracks actuals against plan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant
• 3 years working in finance and/or accounting in real estate developer or construction industry.
• Strong analytical & advance MS Excel skills, independent worker with an ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal correspondence
• Age Between 25 – 35 years old
