Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) covers a balanced treatment of several areas in the hospitality industry such as culinary operations, food and beverage operations, lodging operations, customer relationship management, and MICE operations. It broadens the knowledge and skills of the students to prepare them to the ever-changing and on-demand hospitality industry.
