The Health Science Education Program

General Objective
The CKSC-HSE program is committed to the pursuit of excellence in undergraduate health science associate and degree program which aims to prepare future health care giving professionals with the appropriate knowledge, skills, and ethics as they relate to the requirements needed by the health-care-giving global community.
Specific Objectives
- To provide the students with adequate theoretical and practical knowledge in the health care giving profession, particularly nursing and allied professions;
- To enable the students to acquire ICT skills applicable to the practice of their profession;
- To inculcate in the students the values of integrity, honor, and social responsibility;
- To prepare the students to meet the requirements for the licensure examination in Nursing and other health-service related professions; and
- To develop the students' analytical and critical thinking skills to become globally competitive.
