The Student Executive Council (SEC) has formally announced the winner of the Wash Day Shirt Design Competition. 40 entries were submitted by creative and dynamic CKS College students. The 12 finalists were selected through a panel of judges, and the winning entry was decided on by online voting and by on-site voting at the CKSC-FBAS lobby.

The winning entry is Shirt #10, submitted by Kaypee Ambas, a fourth year BS in Accountancy student. Characterized by simplicity and communicating CKSC-FBAS' thrust towards Excellence in Education, the entry was the unanimous choice among the judges and voters.

The SEC is currently coordinating with regards the production of the wash day shirts and these shall be made available at CKS College within the first semester.

Kaypee Ambas is a BS in Management Accounting graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and is currently enrolled as a 4th year BS Accountancy student at CKS College. He is one of our Bridging Program students-- a select group of students who successfully passed the BSA qualifying exams and are now bonafide CKSCians. The Bridging Program is an initiative launched under the School of Business and Accountancy last June 2013. This program intends to provide promising BS-MA graduates of UST with the opportunity to earn their BSA degrees and eventually successfully pass the CPA Licensure Exams. More than 50 students took the qualifying exams but only the top 28 students were accepted into the program.
