Enrollment Advising Form/ Request for Overload or Additional Units

- Irregular students and/or students who want to request for additional units beyond the maximum allowable load should download the Enrollment Advising Form HERE.
- Maximum load is 21 units per semester.
- Only irregular, graduating students may request to carry an overload of subjects.
- Fill up and print the form.
- Present the form along with your updated flowchart to the advising faculty during enrollment. Students under probation should go to the Dean's office for advising. The advising faculty can only advise with regards the subject and cannot approve or disapprove requests for additional units.
- Students who wish to request to carry an overload of subjects can only seek approval from the Dean's office.
- The Dean’s office reserves the right to disapprove the request, without prejudice to the student.
- Once the request is approved, the student may proceed to the encoding staff for the printing of the Registration Form.
- The encoding staff shall collect the form.
