HIGHER EDUCATION ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
Second Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026
Enrollment for the Second Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026 shall be on Jan 7 -10, 2026, Monday to Friday from 9:00AM - 3:30PM while on Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM. The enrollment will follow two separate procedures depending on student classification: Regular or Irregular status.
REGULAR STATUS STUDENTS
Students under this category may proceed with ONLINE ENROLLMENT and are not required to undergo academic advising.
You are classified as a Regular Student if:
IRREGULAR STATUS STUDENTS
Students with Irregular Status are required to undergo ONSITE academic advising with their respective Program Coordinators before enrollment.

STEP-BY-STEP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
FOR REGULAR STUDENTS (ONLINE ENROLLMENT)
Second Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
Students classified as REGULAR (please refer above for classification details) must follow the online enrollment procedure below:
STEP 1: Fill Out the Online Enrollment Form
STEP 2: Wait for Your Enrollment Assessment
STEP 3: Pay the Tuition Fees
STEP 4: Upload Proof of Payment
STEP 5: Claim Your Registration Form
You are required to present your Official Registration Form on the first day of classes.
FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS (ONSITE ENROLLMENT)
First Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026
Students classified as IRREGULAR (please refer above for classification details) must follow the onsite enrollment procedure below:

Submit the following documents at Window 6 for registration:

Proceed to your Program Coordinator
To avoid delay, please follow the given time for student advising.
Accountancy - Wednesday to Friday (9:00am to 2:00pm)
Business & Entrep - Thursday to Friday (9:00am to 4:00pm)
Hospitality Management - Wednesday to Friday (9:00am to 2:00pm)
IT / CS - Wednesday to Friday (9:00am to 4:00pm)
Education - Wednesday to Friday (9:00am to 2:00pm)
STEP 4: Scholarship Encoding (if applicable)
STEP 5: Assessment
STEP 6: Payment of Tuition Fees
STEP 7: Upload Proof of Payment (ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY)
STEP 8: Claim Your Registration Form
You are required to present your Official Registration Form on the first day of classes.

Students with existing balances must settle them before registration.
A minimum down payment of PHP 4,000 is required upon registration
Make your payment on or before January 16, 2025
Failure to pay by this date will automatically invalidate your registration.
Do NOT make any payment until you receive your Assessment Slip.
Instructions are provided in the Google Form and on the assessment slip.

Eligibility: Public school teachers or teachers from other Chinese schools
Requirement: Submit an updated Certificate of Employment with your school's dry seal.
