Aspire Lifestyles is currently looking for Layout Specialist, which has the following Specific Responsibilities:

 

Daily Responsibilities:

·       Layout content related to request such as Travel, Hotel and Dining , presented in an established template ensuring font size, font style, spacing, column width and placement of appropriate images are in accordance to the prescribed requirements

·        Source appropriate images to compliment the content of the request

·        Establish a library of images that are relevant which can be referenced for future use

·      Escalate issues to originating Aspire Lifestyle Service Delivery centers for resolution and provide any support where required

 

Service Delivery:

·        Ensure that the information provided by Aspire Lifestyles centers are entered into the template accurately and delivered timely to the customer

·         Able to pay strong attention to details

·         Where appropriate, identify areas for quality improvement

·         Able to multi-task and prioritize duties and customers’ requests accordingly
