“There are moments when troubles enter our lives and we can do nothing to avoid them. But they are there for a reason. Only when we have overcome them will we understand why they were there.” ― Paulo Coelho, The Fifth Mountain

Last November 8, 2013, Typhoon Yolanda brought upon the Visayas region devastation beyond imagination and struck many of our fellowmen with grief, loss, and misery. It is in the midst of this tragedy that the various student organizations of CKS College joined forces in a unified effort to raise support and gather donations from faculty, staff, and students.

Within the period November 13 to 15, the CKS College lobby was flooded with sacks and boxes of relief goods that kind-hearted CKSCians donated to help alleviate the suffering of typhoon victims. With these donations, they send their wish for early recovery and hope for a better tomorrow.
