Enrollment is on October 29 (2:00 - 3:00PM). Orientation is on October 29, at 3:00 - 4:00 PM. Please submit the following requirements to the CKSC-FBAS Registrar's Office before October 29 (12:00 NN):
- Proof of application for Honorable Dismissal from UST (e.g. Official Receipt)
- Two copies of Birth Certificate (NSO)
- Two copies of the applicant's latest 1x1 colored photo
The following documents should be submitted by November 30, 2013:
- Honorable Dismissal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Transcript of Records
First day of classes for new bridging program students is on November 4, 2013.
