Distribution of Midterm Exam permits shall be on July 25, 26, and 27 at the Registrar's Office.

Students required to secure clearance from the DSA, Guidance, Dean's, or Accounting Office/s are advised to do so prior to claiming the Midterm Exam permit.

Names of students with pending clearance requirements are posted at the Bulletin Board at the CKSC-FBAS lobby.
