HIGHER EDUCATION ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027
Enrollment for the First Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 will be held from July 21 to 24, 2026, Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
The enrollment procedure will depend on the student’s classification as either a Regular Student or an Irregular Student.
Please review the classifications carefully and follow the correct enrollment procedure. Misclassification may cause delays in your enrollment.
STUDENT CLASSIFICATION
REGULAR STUDENTS
Regular students may proceed with online enrollment and are not required to undergo academic advising.
You are classified as a Regular Student if:
- You have not received any failing grade since the First Semester of your First Year at CKS College.
- You intend to enroll only in the published subjects prescribed for your year level and program.
- You have completed all subjects required during the previous semester based on your program flowchart.
- You are not taking any subject out of sequence.
IRREGULAR STUDENTS
Irregular students are required to undergo onsite academic advising with their respective Program Coordinators before enrollment.
You are classified as an Irregular Student if:
- You are a transferee, shiftee, or second-degree student.
- You have previously failed a prerequisite subject.
- You intend to enroll in subjects other than those published for your year level and program.
- You are taking subjects out of sequence.
- You require an academic evaluation before enrollment.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR REGULAR STUDENTS
Online Enrollment
First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027
Step 1: Complete the Online Enrollment Form
Access and complete the Enrollment Google Form accurately and completely.

Step 2: Wait for Your Enrollment Assessment
Your Enrollment Assessment will be sent to your official CKSC Gmail account.
The assessment will include your:
- Subject load
- Tuition fees
- Other applicable fees
Check your inbox regularly and review all the information carefully.
Step 3: Pay the Tuition Fees
Settle your tuition and other fees through any of the available payment channels.

Step 4: Upload Your Proof of Payment
For online payments:
- Log in to the Student Portal.
- Select Payment Confirmation.
- Enter your student number.
- Upload your proof of payment.
Step 5: Claim Your Registration Form
Your official Registration Form will be released by the Registrar’s Office.
Students are required to present their official Registration Form on the first day of classes.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR IRREGULAR STUDENTS
Onsite Enrollment
First Semester, A.Y. 2026–2027
Step 1: Accomplish the Enrollment Advising Form
Before proceeding to the campus:
- Download and complete the Enrollment Advising Form.
- Check the uploaded Block Subjects and Subjects Offered (can be updated from time to time).
- Bring a copy of your Flowchart or Curriculum. These may be downloaded from the website. Login is required.
- Update your Flowchart or Curriculum by highlighting all subjects you have already completed and passed.
Step 2: Registration
Proceeding to Window 6.
Once your number is called, submit the following documents:
- Completed Enrollment Advising Form
- Updated Flowchart or Curriculum
Step 3: Subject Advising
Obtain a queue number for subject advising before proceeding to your respective Program Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator will assist you with:
- Subject advising
- Subject encoding
To avoid delays, students must follow the designated advising schedule for their respective programs.

Step 4: Subject Encoding and Assessment
Obtain a queue number for subject encoding and assessment before proceeding to the Registrar’s Office at Window 7.
Once your queue number is called, submit your signed Enrollment Advising Form for subject encoding.
Your assessment of tuition and other applicable fees will be reflected in the Student Portal.
Step 5: Scholarship Encoding, if Applicable
Students with scholarships must proceed to Window 10 for scholarship encoding.
Step 6: Payment of Tuition Fees
Obtain a queue number for payment before proceeding to Cashier's Office.
Online payment options are also available.
Step 7: Upload Your Proof of Payment
For Online Payments Only
- Log in to the Student Portal: https://my.cksc.edu.ph/
- Select Payment Confirmation.
- Enter your student number.
- Upload your proof of payment.
Step 8: Claim Your Registration Form
Your official Registration Form will be released by the Registrar’s Office.
Students are required to present their official Registration Form on the first day of classes.
