Admission Requirements

Applicants are required to complete the following steps before registering:

  1. Secure and submit the Application for Entrance Examination Form from the Admissions Office.

  2. Pay the Application fee (P250.00 for undergraduate level / P300.00 for graduate level) at the Cashier's Office.

  3. Present the Official Receipt to the Admissions Office and secure an Entrance Examination Permit.

  4. Take the Entrance Examination on the date and in the room assigned by the Guidance Counselor. Bring I.D. and Entrance Examination Permit.

  5. If you pass the Entrance Examination, report for an interview on the scheduled date and time and bring the following requirements:

  • Original and photocopy of High School Report Card (Form 138)

  • Two photocopies of Birth Certificate (NSO) / ICard / Certification of Naturalization for naturalized citizens

  • Two copies of the applicant's latest 1x1 colored photo

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • Interview Slip

  • Honorable Dismissal

  • Transcript of Records

  • Two photocopies of Birth Certificate (NSO) / ICard / Certification of Naturalization for naturalized citizens

  • Two copies of the applicant's latest 1x1 colored photo

  • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  • Interview Slip

  • Transcript of Records (undergraduate degree)

  • Two photocopies of Birth Certificate (NSO) / ICard / Certification of Naturalization for naturalized citizens

  • Two copies of the applicant's latest 1x1 colored photo

  • Recommendation letter from employer or Dean of BS degree completed

  • One photocopy of Marriage Certificate, if married (for women only)
